Gear That’s Sitting There?
Put It Back in Play.

The Paddle Donation Program (PDP) collects used pickleball gear — paddles, balls, nets, bags — and routes it to communities that need it most. Zero profit. Pure activation.

Donate Gear How It Works

We Don’t Sell Gear. We Move It.

Most pickleball gear has a second life it never gets to live. Paddles pile up in closets. Demo sets go unused. Balls sit in bags after teams upgrade. Meanwhile, hundreds of communities want to play but can’t afford to start.

The Paddle Donation Program is the bridge. We are a nonprofit gear collection and redistribution program under the Caring Picklers 501(c)(3). Every piece of gear donated is cleaned, assessed, sorted, and sent — for free — to verified community recipients: schools, rec centers, parks, and beginner programs.

No markups. No resale. No profit. We just move gear from where it’s idle to where it’s needed.

How It Works

Three honest steps. Zero overhead games.

1

You Donate

Drop off or ship used paddles, balls, nets, or bags. Any playable condition accepted. We tell you honestly what we can use.

2

We Sort & Verify

Every item is assessed. Usable gear is catalogued. Unusable gear is recycled responsibly — never dumped.

3

Communities Receive

Verified schools, parks, and rec programs receive gear directly — logged on our public impact ledger.

Our Promise of Radical Transparency

Every donation received is logged. Every community recipient is verified. Every distribution is published on our live public ledger — so you can see exactly where your gear ended up and who is playing with it.

No gear is promised to a recipient without confirmed inventory. No claims are made we can’t back up with a shipment record.
